We believe in equipping and releasing music artists to go into all the world and minister through popular culture. The local church is producing some of the best talent in the world right now and it is our desire in The Collective to create an environment which makes it possible to help artists market and promote themselves, and be a light to the world

Music also plays a major part in Gateway City Church’s services, with our worship team having just released their debut album. The Collective regularly travels nationally and internationally taking music born in the heartbeat of the local church to the world!

The Church deserves to be displayed beautifully and creativelly. Our design team come from all walks of life including interior decorating, graphic design, stage design, lighting and set construction. As well as being involved in design work outside the four walls of the church, many of our designers contribute to making the local church look absolutely incredible also. The Collective is responsible for all the live production involved in Gateway City Church’s services. This involves multimedia such as multiple camera vision mixing, video and audio podcasts, moving image backgrounds, video presentation etc. The Collective’s live production arm is also called upon often to partner with various events around the city in venues such as the Regent Theatre, WIN entertainment centre, and the Wesley Theatre (Sydney)

If you enjoy or have wanted to be involved in camera operating, vision mixing, or live producing then Rory would love to speak with you! The team is always growing and we love new faces!

Like never before design is integral in communicating a message. We can have the best message in the world (and we do!) but if we dont present that in a way that is impressive, than we aren’t really representing our impressive God quite well enough are we! So we believe in those designers who can be used by God both in the church and the world to affect change in culture in media, in entertainment and in marketing. We believe in you and understand the importance of your role in communicating the love of God to a broken world. We would love you to let us know what you do so that we can champion you on, and work together to achieve great things!

Drama is an amazing medium of communication. It allows you to express emotion, communicate truth and take people to a place which leaves a message burning in the hearts of all who see it. We believe that God is raising up some of the greatest actors and actresses in the local church through drama who will impact and influence their worlds for the cause of Christ. We are constantly looking to grow this vital area of the arts and would welcome any interest you may have. Please, comment below!

The Church has spent many years being scared of how to make art fit into church. Thats the thing though; this is about communicating to the love of God in one moment, one picture, one sculpture and leaving people breathless with the glory of God

Here in The Collective, we believe that visual art shouldn’t be something the church is ashamed of or unsure how to approach, but something we champion on and encourage as an incredible form of communicating the love of Christ. God was once the inspiration for som of the greatest artists who have ever lived, and we believe in seeing the next great artists of our time encouraged to take Christ into all the world through this beautiful form…
